  • Hays has a clearly structured intern programme with realistic goals which get set at the start of your placement. You have an intern mentor who supports you throughout the year. The placement offers you the chance to apply for an additional intern position mid way through your placement which requires to to help in the recruitment process for the next year interns. Hays offers career progression and development at every opportunity.
