The Role
This was a very good year that gave me an opportunity to understand the industry, work within a challenging work environment but also develop my own professional skills
Everyone was very supportive and open-minded; if I needed anything, they were also happy to help.
My manager helped me initiate my project whilst at the same time ensuring that it's me who is taking a lead on it.
It is a busy environment that allows you to improve your time-management and organisation skills.
I was running my own projects and it was an incredible experience to develop my own skills and skills of others too.
I have definitely developed skills that will be vital in my final year of study and in my future career. I feel much more employable now.
The Company
