The Role
The work was interesting and every dat was different.
We were treated the same as other employees.
I had regular meetings with both my technical and line manager.
I never felt out of my depth.
The Company
There was a dedicated work placement manager who managed all aspects of the placement scheme.
We had a lot of training to develop our soft skills and role specfic training.
