The Role
Very Enjoyable and fulfilling
I am an active member of my team and add value.
My manager met with me once a week to discuss progress.
Every day is extremely busy with no limit to the work you can do and what is required.
I actively managed my own network of candidates and identified roles for them throughout the roles my colleagues had.
The skills I have developed on a social, commercial and professional scale will be useful for any role I go into in the future.
The Company
I very busy and exciting office with lots going on.
The placement was well structured and integrated into the business
The company gave me a lot of responsibility and put me in a front line position liaising with candidates on a daily basis.
Company Parties/Events
With the recruitment industry burgeoning and opportunities arising on a large scale, prospects are positive and my employers have expressed a willingness to bring me back.
The Culture
The team has many associates at a similar age and level as myself so we integrated well and went out socially.
Organising my living costs were the hardest aspect of my placement
Central London caters to all needs in terms of nightlife.
Yes I was able to get involved with corporate events, networking events and a host of other opportunities.
