  • Really fun, a busy job that I enjoyed

  • Everyone is really friendly, and I feel like part of the team

  • Monthly one-to-ones, and always people available to answer questions if I needed them

  • Sometimes the work was slow so I didn't have much to do, but most of the time the balance was right

  • Interns do the same job as graduates. It's really great to actually be doing a real, useful job and feel like you're making a difference

  • I have so much more confidence now after a year, it's amazing!

  • There's always laughter and people genuinely enjoy the work

  • There are lots of interns, and the company really knows what it's doing!

  • I sat loads of training courses, and even taught some! Training in organisational and presentation skills is also given

  • Everyone goes to the pub together

  • Fairly high but covered adequately by the salary

  • Lots of pubs, but no clubbing to speak of
