The Role
Overall I did enjoy it because it was a nice place to work for with great genuine people
My colleagues were amazing, even though it was unpaid experience they still bought us food and drinks and have us a discount without us asking for those privileges
Whenever I was given a task they would train me and supervise me to ensure that i know the task fully
I was really busy, which for me isn't really great because I like to have a perfect balance. It felt like the chores were never ending
I would say half and half because I was trusted enough to man the sore when there was nobody around but I was given the 'major' jobs such as running the till
I don't think I have gained many skills from working at a retail sector, to be honest it's skills that one uses regularly at home. But I did learn a few things about the way the store functions
The Company
It was friendly and energetic
There really wasn't much to it, it was straightforward
They did invest in a lot of time with me which I'm grateful for

The Culture
