    • Everyone was so helpful particularly the training and the development team, they answered all my questions extensively.

    • My degree is sociology, therefore working with people is what i enjoy doing and this placement allowed me to do that, improving my people skills.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Their structure was excellent, from introductory material to getting to know the details, it all well organised

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • There were very good, and even though as it was only a short placement I do not think they will forget about me quickly after all the investment they made.

    • Definitely, it helped me to understand that the job is not as easy as it seemed from the outset. Now I understand that there are a lot of responsibilities that need to be taken on board while working full time.

    • I learned a little about the company, of course they are very customer driven but that is predictable in a retail company.

    • I didn't really get involved in many activities outside of the placement as it was so short, therefore I didn't really get to get to know many people.
