The Role
Love the placement, Treated exactly the same as everyone else with serious prospects for a long term career once I have finished my degree.
I was treated exactly the same as every other member of staff and responsible for basic training of new employees.
Always given any support that was needed, and then left alone to put into practice when I felt ready.
Never waiting for something to do, Always busy.
During my placement I was given the same responsibility as very other member of staff responsible for my own diary and time management.
Unrivalled training, both classroom based training and practical on the job training
The Company
A busy, driven, ambitious office.
No issues at all from the first day including inductions and basic training to current stage.
Industry leading training including a range of subjects including systems to sales , which was continued throughout the company at all levels.
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Fantastic chance of coming back after finishing my placement.
The Culture
Big range of social event from a spontaneous drink to planned Christmas Events with the whole region.
I was living at home during the placement so cost of living was low.
Plently of reasonabily priced pubs, bars and clubs within walking distance my office.
Always something going on.
