  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • A great place to work where I learnt a lot and made friends

    • Was welcomed straight away, very friendly people who wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy.

    • Generally very supportive, would meet regularly to make sure I was progressing

    • When I was unable to carry on with day-to-day tasks there was other stuff that I could be doing such as education.

    • I was given lots of high priority tasks and time-sensitive work.

    • Developed useful technical skills and soft skills, all of which I will probably use at one point.

    • Good fun to work in, happy atmosphere, usually some sort of cake somewhere.

    • Overall they did well, few little niggles

    • Made lots of friends and regularly went out

    • Winchester is fairly pricey, surrounding villages aren't too bad though

    • Winchester was okay, Southampton has a lot to offer
