    • I really enjoyed my placement year at IBM, great experience, great company and even better people!

    • I was highly valued within my team and was treated equally to graduates and other employees.

    • Having a personal development manager allowed me to grow on a personal level whilst my task manager allowed me to grow my business skills. Interlinking both led to a great feedback system that really helped me to improve as an individual.

    • Quite busy, but better to be busy than bored! I enjoyed this aspect of my role.

    • Same responsibility as other employees, treated equally.

    • As a result of my placement I have gained a job in my desired career path, so this placement as provided me with an anchor to my CV.

    • On a client site most of the time so it varied, but a positive atmosphere none the less.

    • Very well set up, no issues felt during the year.

    • Being based up North was great!

    • Lots of interns at my location so nights out were amazing!
