About You
It was incredibly thought out and extremely worthwhile.
Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. I just wouldn't say we were "like family" since we spent such little time together.
The amount of information given to us was extremely beneficial and I will certainly be using it in other experiences.
The skills don't necessarily correlate with my degree subject; however the scheme pushed me to apply for a graduate scheme where the skills are essential.
The Company
Few hiccups; such as the Skype video chat that wouldn't work but otherwise went well.
The experience was extremely daunting yet once everyone knew one another, the atmosphere was great. Never felt intimidated or unhappy whilst on the scheme.
They worked extremely hard to make sure everyone was happy.
I got to speak to ex-LDP teachers alongside people on the scheme now so I understand the company a lot more now.

We met people alongside us on the scheme; and members of the firm spoke to us as a group but not much in regards to one to one chats.
