About You
Due to the nature of the work and my age at the time, i was unable to do anything to help the service users and therefore spent most time reading magazines.
I felt as if they had taken me on because they had to and not because they needed to.
Gained a tiny bit of feedback but not much as there wasnt much to feedback on.
I decided to change the sector in which i wanted to do.
The Company
Same routine every week, however, got boring after a couple of weeks.
Service users were great!
They didnt really give any training or extra help.
I got to see what the care assistants did day in and day out, however i wasnt allowed to do the same jobs.
I had a tour at the beginning which told me about the culture of the company.
It made me realise that i didnt want to continue on this secter and opted to change course.
Everything Else
Recieved no money for attending.
