  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I received training and on the job learning as well, which allowed me to develop skills for life. It also improved my transferable skills such as being confident, good communicator, being organised etc.

    The Company

  • We worked hard and played hard! Lots of motivation from managers and seniors

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • It could be improved in some ways but I think everyone learns in different ways so it is impossible to suit every individual's needs

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • A lot of the training was on-the-job and in the beginning I learnt from my mistakes because it seemed that everyone was too busy to help. But overall I think it made me a stronger because I was self-motivated, which is also an important skill in the workplace

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • I developed good friendship with 3 other students that worked on the same floor, so we enjoyed sharing our experiences regularly as we were in different departments

    5/5

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Most of the socialising was based on incentives so it was all paid for, which was awesome!

    5/5

  • Central London has amazing nightlife anyway

    5/5

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
