The Role
The team were welcoming and supportive, allowing me to develop both my personal and university knowledge.
All employees of AgustaWestland have welcomed and supported me.
My line managers support was fantasic, always there to help.
Tasks and projects obviously vary in size and responsibility, but I was always kept busy or had a task to perform.
Again, there is a variation within work and the responsibility that goes alongside it, I have been allowed responsibility on certain tasks and projects.
I would recommend a placement to any business student, as it has helped me gain a broader perspective to business as a whole and shown me a true personal experience - as opposed to being told.
The Company
ALL AgustaWestland employee's are friendly and approachable, giving the office a friendly environment.
The overall set up is good and there is support available. Personaaly my line manager was very organised and always kept me busy.
AgustaWestland does offer extensive development opportunities, but more so to graduate level.
Flexi Time

Company Parties/Events
The graduate scheme AgustaWestland offers appears to aim to develop skills in most/all business areas, I will definitely be applying.
The Culture
I was the only Placement student based in Farnborough but the social environment was still available and welcoming.
I found lovely accommodation, with 4 young housemates which was very affordable and social.
Quite basic but only 35 minutes into london.
Lots, just need to search them out or do a little research on the area.
