The Role
It was a relativley small team which meant you were an important part of it!
Managers support and guidance was excellent, very good regualr review process to help get the most out of the placement.
There was often a lot of different tasks to be completed, however I enjoyed this more than having too little to do and means you get to experience more whilst on placement
Was given my own projects to manage and given more responsibility towards the end of my placement
team working skills and organisational skills were invaluable going into final year of Uni
The Company
Had a good handover period and training where it was required
Flexi Time
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
There may have been greater chances had I pursued them
The Culture
There were a lot of social activites throughout the year, a lot of meals/ nights out, lunches out from the office.
Typical city prices
Very good in the city, nothing going on where the office actually is.
Yes because it is located jsut outside a large city.
