The Role
At times my work load was hard to manage however after sufficent training in time management and planning i was able to mange my work load and be more efficent.
I feel i was given a great amount of responsability with the opportunity to manage industry relationships on behalf of the brand as well as hold face to face meetings with clubs
I have built a great portfolio of skills over the year and been given some constructive pointers to act on over the next year that will enable me to focus on the details and success of each task
The Company
Great general atmoshphere and company culture
Processes could have been improved due to my role being the first of its kind however i still feel it was organised very well i had a clear role and place withing the company
I have been given extensive opportunity to build on my current skill base as well as develop new transferable skills. I have recieved training im time manegemnt communication and planning
