  • The Vac Scheme has been structured very well. There are eight hurdles to jump over.

    5/5

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • I found that everyone is trying to put you at ease. The general office atmospere is also quite friendly.

    5/5

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • I calculated that moneywise, the firm must have spent at £2500 for each candidate, which would include selection, partner interviews (2 chargeable hours), trainee and associates guidance and presentations, wage and expense etc.

    5/5

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • As I was placed in a very busy team, I can tell how busy it is and how much dedication it required. Some associates and trainees stay as late as 11pm quite often. But the sense of accomplishment is also significant.

    5/5

  • 10. How valuable was the content in helping you to decide on your future career path?
  • Through talking a lot of people via multiple events, I think I have a better view of what kind of lawyer (in terms of personality) and the area of practice I want to work at.

    5/5

    Everything Else
