The Role
You do get some boring days where you dont have much to do but they dont last long.
They value your opinion to whatever you have to say about the topic of discussion.
get appriciated for every work that you do and always happy to help you.
there are days where you are extremly or extremely bored. depends on what work your doing you can be very busy for 3 days in a week and not do anything for the next 2 days.
decisions you make are not gonna run the show, you can suggest your ideas if they are useful then they are put to use.
you improve all your skills if you work hard.
The Company
it was funny a lot of times, but it gets quiet during busy times as everyone wants to get the work done.
Well organised but there is room improvement.
you can learn any things from people around you and other departments.
Flexi Time
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
it depends on the department you work in if they need a new role or a graduate.
The Culture
the group of undergraduates was very friendly and you make some really good friends
Luton is cheap for living but theres not much you can do here.
nightlife is ok as long as your with a group of people you like to hang out with.
I never really wanted to get involved in the activities outside work.
