    • Good variety of work and friendly colleagues.

    • The group I worked with was a very close knit team so I felt part of the unit very soon.

    • Regular meetings to review progress and support offered with work whenever needed.

    • Varied but generally quite busy.

    • This increased with experience. Project based part of the work offered a lot of responsibility.

    • A variety of technical and interpersonal skills gained which are transferrable to uni and any other work place.

    • Relaxed and focussed.

    • Quite well organised with yearly goals established early in the placement.

    • Training provided in areas such as robot programming, risk analysis and problem solving.
