The Role
I learnt an immense amount on this placement.
I thought that they supported me and wanted me to do well.
I was given all the support and guidance that I needed and more when I asked for it.
I was quite busy and sometimes felt that there was a lot of work to do but as long as I managed my workload well it was not a problem
The more I proved myself to my colleagues the more responsibility I was given. With some projects I was the main contact or had set an event up.
I think that I was given a lot of training, both internally by colleagues and externally with courses that I went on.
The Company
The office could sometimes be quiet but on the whole there was a nice balance.
The placement was very well organised,
The company spent a lot on training for me and I could ask to go on as many courses as I wanted.
Subsidised Canteen
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Healthcare/Dental
I am not sure if I would work there again but I did learn a lot.
The Culture
I went out and socialised with my fellow graduates a lot, there were also drinks with the team that I worked with.
The cost of living in London is high but I was fortunate enough to live at home.
London nightlife is very good.
Apart from work drinks there were not that many things to do with the team.
