  • Had great opportunites to develop wide range of skills and work with a varied group of people.

  • Feedback was given by all members of the team and mangement and had lots of support and encouragement.

  • My supervisor was always there if I needed anything.

  • Some days would be very busy while others there was not much to do, this was a good balance.

  • As project manager it is my responsibility to deliver the project.

  • I will be taking a project management unit in my final year. Lilly helped me choose my options and develop my final year project idea.

  • Good balance of fun and quiet.

  • Lilly have been running this scheme for a long time and made it very easy to settle in.

  • Lots of nights out and a trip to Prague!
