The Role
I had a very experience working for Npower.
I felt very valued by my colleagues, and was felt very welcomed from the start.
I was given alot of guidance by my line manager. I had a one to one induction with my line manager at the start then went on additional training with the other students to learn how the organisation works.
Some days I was incredibly busy, and others I wasn't.
I was given quite alot of responsibility even though I was only there 8 weeks.
I feel a much more confident and organised person since working for Npower. I have learnt so many skills such as ICT skills where I have learnt to maniupulate large complex datasets.
The Company
The office had a nice atomsphere were people would come and have a chat to give you a break from your work.
It was quite well organised and the work was very vaired which I enjoyed.
Since I was only there for 8 weeks, I didn't go on any extra training courses but did do an induction with Npower where I learnt about the company.

Sports and Social Club
Yes I would definiately apply for the graduate scheme.
The Culture
Yes, I joined the badminton club where we played weekly. It was nice to meet other people within the organisation.
I lived at home so I didn't have any costs other than driving to work.
Birmingham is a fab night out, such a great city!
I joined the badminton club, and went to the pub with colleagues on a friday night.
