    The Culture

  • There were 17 placement students in my year, almost all of whom became friends and regularly went out for drinks and socialised!

  • Derby prices are very reasonable.

    5/5

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • The city isn't a massive one, but is underrated by many. With a good group of mates a very good night can be had. Closer to site is very rural, so its worth living in Derby, or close by.

    4/5

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • There is a very good sports and social club who run activities throughout the year. A lot of which I would have never got involved in otherwise.

    5/5
