  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Once you get more comfortable with the role you are given more responsibility. ERAC want you to grow as an individual and so they give you new challenges every day to make you develop as an employee and learn what it is like to have responsibility in the company

  • I have learnt so much with my time at ERAC, it is a career far removed from my degree but that is what made it very enjoyable and important to developing my skills set. I was able to learn lots about the workings of a business, customer service and sales although my degree is not business related
