  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Really enjoyed the variety and the people I worked with were great.

    • I was really well valued within the wider Marketing Team, I felt that my work was appreciated.

    • I was supported a lot at first, but it was nice to be able to supervise myself throughout a lot of my placement, as it gave me that chance to learn things myself.

    • Over the summer I was quite quiet, but over the year the work picked up and it was good to be busy.

    • I was given a fair amount of responsibility, especially within certain parts of my role. I enjoyed managing my own time.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?

    • I had a really great set of housemates, and enjoyed a good social life with other placement students during my year.

    • Expensive as we were in London, but manageable.

    • Really fun, but long journeys home on the night bus and expensive entry and drinks prices, as we were in London.

    • Good giveback scheme in the workplace meant we got to enjoy days out of the office, helping in local communities.
