Yes I was given a lot but I was eased into it so it wasn't overwhelming

Everyone was always willing to help with any questions I asked and provided support
Culture
Company culture is very relaxed, I feel like I can bring my full self to work. You can go in and have a quiet day to yourself but also get involved in lots of workshops and speak to people too

The company is so big and there are so many ways to involve yourself in work outside of your role so don't be put off by a title if it is not exactly what you want because you will have the opportunity to try new things
