    • - Spend time on your CV and cover letter and tailor it to the requirements of DB and the role - Know a lot about the bank, their values, the culture, look into the deals they are working on, past deals, their strategies and initiatives - know the role that you're applying to really well and the expectations of the role, as well as the skillset required for the role - aim to develop your skillset before starting the role so that you're one step ahead
