Completing the required training, and any client work tasks. Occasionally shadowing colleagues to learn about their roles.

Responsibilities
A lot of responsibility with the calculations we did quite early on. We were trusted to complete the work to a really high standard.

Overall, lots of support and guidance. Everyone is very approachable, and likes to help.
