Overview
Data analysis and data visualisation using power BI. Meeting and interacting with clients of brokers. learning about the insurance broking industry specifically within Crisis Management.
Skills
I've enhanced my data analysis skills by upskilling in Power BI, DAX and Visual Basic Application.
Responsibilities
I was given a high level of responsibility over the data projects I was involved in.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support and structure was given to the program by the team. There was a large amount of training and business speakers series as well as projects to get involved with throughout the program.
Culture
The culture was excellent. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Every colleague I spoke to was enthusiastic and happy to spend time with me to give me an insight into their role and the business.

Emphasize enthusiasm to build lots of relationships. This is really important for the insurance industry and WTW as a company.
