    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • As an actuarial consultant intern, a lot of day-to-day role revolves around completing individual member calculations for members who are part of schemes with tricky scheme rules. Furthermore, I have also been able to conduct demographic analysis on a set of members part of a certain scheme. In a normal day, I have an even balance between client work and training, where training mainly revolves around individual calculations.
