Overview
Worked within the team on a mixture of larger and smaller projects. Gained a greater understanding of the function. Attended regular speaker series events.

Presenting Communication Analysis Time Management
Responsibilities
I was able to participate in much higher level/responsibility projects that I imagined. I was working with Managing Directors and Directors.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support from my buddy prior to joining. Once in the office, I was given detailed guidance from my manager and my team throughout my time there.
Culture
It was a fantastic, welcoming, and positive atmosphere. I was really impressed by the company's values and how they were upheld.

Make sure that you align with the company and their values. Be honest, but have plenty of examples of prior experience that you can bring in during an interview situation. Show a detailed knowledge of and interest in the financial industry.
