    • Yes. You can choose to control different aspects of the business such as marketing, sales, finance or customer service. You can be in charge within the branch to develop and improve this along with guidance and help of management. You can pick and choose or from your strengths your manager may delegate.

    Support & Guidance

    • A lot. The managers are always available if you need support. They will give you feedback/guidance when needed and offer help when you need also. Not just branch managers but you will also be in contact from different parts of the business and top management.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

    • The place is a really fun place to work at. Teamwork rules at Enterprise. You will enjoying working day to day tasks with others and also individually. You will get branch lunches and branch nights out every so often which were some of my best memories.

    • Make sure you sell yourself. Know what skills you are strong at and make sure you work on those. You need to be hardworking as there is a lot to do but the hard work doesn't go unnoticed and you will be rewarded.
