  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

    • Helping with operational tasks: Onboarding, offboarding, running community calls, keeping track of certifications. Additionally, working on the strategic partnership between IBM and its relationship with the Hyperscalers: AWS, Red Hat, Google, Microsoft, IBM Cloud.
