Overview
Overview of the role was speaking to clients to understand the industry they were interested in and what type of experts they would like to speak to.
Skills
I've developed my time management, organisational skills, written and spoken communication. I learnt new skills such as project management.
Responsibilities
Yes, during this placement you were given lots of responsibilities and autonomy, which made you responsible for your work and what you manage. I found this fantastic because it made you feel like you were ultimately part of the client service team.
Support & Guidance
You received lots of support from the people on your team, managers and even mentors.
Culture
The team culture was amazing! Everyone is similar age which means that you have people you can relate to and understand. Also, everyone was so nice and helpful and made sure that you received the support that you needed. It was so fun working there
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement! The work could be hard and repetitive sometimes which made the placement hard sometimes, but because the culture and people were fantastic it made the days slightly easier. Overall, I would say that this is a great place to have a placement as you have a nice balance of responsibilities and fun too.
