Overview
9am check in and 4pm check out. In between a few teams meetings on many topics such as audit, tax, commercial awareness, personal branding. Also had a group project using a SWOT analysis on a company and a chance to speak to a mentor 1 on 1 about their journey and experience
Skills
Learnt how to use a SWOT analysis and developed my collaboration/teamwork skills
Business Insight
It was really interesting to see all the different backgrounds and journeys to speakers had been on to get where they are today, which really highlighted the diversity of the company. Also informed us of an ambassador role and open positions available to apply for in the company
Culture
Felt very welcoming and was easy to see the diverse culture with the way the speakers interacted with each other and hearing about their journeys

Was very enjoyable with opportunities for networking and building knowledge while learning about the company/industry

Be yourself. The company prides itself on the people so don’t only say what you think they want to hear
