Overview
On a day to day, we would have sessions in the morning, then we'd head to our assigned departments and complete any work they might have for us.
Skills
Developed key skills like commercial awareness, attention to detail, drafting and public speaking. We also learned about many different practice areas which was interesting.
Business Insight
Very interesting as we had talks about the role and the business. But we also had the opportunity to schedule coffees with people to learn more, and we had access to key resources like trainings and strategy/growth videos.
Culture
Very friendly and collaborative - jokes all around!

I really enjoyed it as it was a nice learning experience, well rounded 2 weeks and very friendly people and supervisors.
Yes
Be yourself rather than try to show them you're someone you are not. Also make sure you understand how their business works and how law firms function and make money.
