Overview
Hands-on departmental experience, covering anything from research to fee-earner work. Departmental meetings, socials and other direct integration opportunities. Direct access to professional advice, mentoring and cutting edge seminars on firm specialisms.
Skills
I developed new soft and hard skills in analysis, complex information translation and flexibility as a result of direct interaction with legal professional as part of their team. I learnt new skills in being responsive and organising a range of complex matters and how to integrate these into an approach alongside social challenges and personal ambitions.
Business Insight
The insights into the business were both personal and structured, meaning they followed both organic learning, encouraging personal opinions alongside structured learning about the business’ more recognisable structure.
Culture
The culture and ethos were dedicated to a set of important principles such as integrity and fostering potential, this was deeply enriching. The atmosphere was centred around community and development, ensuring you, as an individual, can grow as much as possible from the experience.
