Overview
The Summer Vacation provided a comprehensive insight into the multifaceted workings of a global law firm. On a day-to-day basis, I was involved in a variety of tasks that gave me a practical understanding of both the responsibilities and challenges. Key tasks included: - Conducting research on legal and financial matters; - Drafting various types of legal documents, e.g. R&D agreements, letters of advice, SPAs; - Attending and participating in client meetings.
Skills
I enhanced my research and drafting skills, developed a better understanding of client communication and gained insights into the workings of a global law firm.
Business Insight
Understanding the business and potential roles was insightful. It offered a practical perspective of the breadth of services offered by a global law firm and the diverse roles contributing to its success.

The company culture was collaborative, friendly, and supportive, fostering an atmosphere of professional growth and mutual respect.
