Overview
Supporting the overall recruitment process for our Emerging Talent programmes, including Graduates, Industrial Placements, Summer Placements, Apprentices, and our Careers in Construction Programme and Insight Programme (i.e. screening and facilitation support where needed) Providing administrative and coordination support for other programmes linked to providing work experience and professional development for those at the start of their careers Assisting with the creation of content for our marketing and attraction channels (i.e. job boards, social media, marketing and outreach partners), working with the Marketing team as appropriate Supporting the management of job postings Helping to ensure all data is up-to-date and inputted correctly on our systems and trackers to enable the team to report accurately and timely

Responsibilities
I was always treated as one of the team and was never made to feel as though I was the newbie. They gave me a lot of responsibility but made sure that I understood what I was doing, alongside reassuring me that it was okay to ask for help when needed.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of support throughout the internship which really helped me to understand the industry that I was working in. I feel like I have massively developed my skills since starting at Mace.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
