Overview
We had a number of sessions and talks to attend each day helping us to get to know more about the firm and their culture and the process of becoming a trainee. We would then be sat in two departments (one each week) and get set tasks to complete by your supervisor or others.
Skills
I developed my communication and team work skills across the two weeks. My technical skills were enhanced as well.
Business Insight
Very good, there was multiple sessions and talks on how the business works as a whole and people were more than happy to talk about other roles and how they worked.
Culture
Very inclusive and welcoming. They practiced what they preached when it came to culture.
