    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • My responsibilities as a Management Intern at Enterprise Rent-A-vehicle included learning about efficient management practises and receiving hands-on experience in several facets of the vehicle rental industry. I often collaborated with the management team to comprehend and assist the branch's operational activities. This involved helping with customer service, organising reservations, keeping track of the inventory of vehicles, and making sure rental transactions went well. Additionally, I had the chance to watch and take part in team meetings, branch planning, and employee training. In general, I worked on honing my managerial abilities and understanding the principles of branch operations.

  • I had the chance to pick up new abilities during my management internship at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and hone my already existing ones. Through regular encounters with clients and coworkers, I improved both my communication and customer service skills. By helping with the leasing process and pushing extra services, I developed my knowledge of sales and negotiation strategies. By juggling several obligations and setting priorities, I also improved my time management and organisational abilities. I gained useful skills from the internship that I may use in a managerial position in the vehicle rental business.
