  • Managing operations of the branch with a team, managing reservations for retail, insurance and corporate customers, generating growth through marketing with local businesses and dealerships. Driving all types of vehicles and driving rates of deals to ensure maximum revenue and customer service.

  • Plenty of responsibilities including taking charge of different aspects of the business including growth, insurance, damage and risk and business management. Lots of exposure to the business.

  • Support from all levels of management throughout the business as the values state that the door is always open which is very true. Only an email, phone call or message away to even senior management.

  • The Enterprise Rent-A-Car culture is built on a set of founding values that helps us build relationships with our customers, our communities, our partners and each other. Hours can be long but the team dynamic is good.

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • Very much so, so much useful exposure to all areas of the business and given loads of responsibility to make a real difference to the branch and the statement. The people are very good and the training is thorough and the assessment assesses wide ranging parts.

  • Research the company values and mission, have a DEI mindset and come with a plan of what you want to do to make the community you work in better. Have a sales and work ethic even if no tangible experience. Sell yourself, very brand oriented.
