Overview
The role includes conducting projects in Logistics, Property and Store Operations. Having the opportunity to shadow an Area Manager and see what goes into multi-site management while also working in stores at an Assistant Store Manager level.

You have the opportunities to develop time management, presenting and organisation skills
Responsibilities
You were given the responsibility to open and close stores on your own, present to senior management and be responsible for your own time.
Support & Guidance
You got a lot of support off your mentor during the placement through weekly meetings during grading and check in phone calls.
Culture
The company culture was good because everyone we met was very friendly.
