Overview
We learnt about what Mace does, and what roles recent graduates have gone into/how they are finding it. The insight day was attended by undergrad students from different unis in the UK, all interested, either interested in construction/project management, environmental consultancy or engineering. We also were advised about the application process to summer internships and graduate roles at Mace.
Skills
I think I've only developed my networking skills.
Business Insight
Really interesting. The Mace talent team really taught us all there is to know when it comes to choosing a department to apply to at Mace.
Culture
I loved Mace as it seems so diverse, even at the insight, there were students of a wide variety of walks of life, different cultures and ethnic diversity was high. The work culture seems super healthy, all the grads seemed happy and energetic- though they're working hard, they get good benefits and perks, and have lots of fun.
