    • Site and office based job. Site is mostly inspections and reviews. Office tasks can vary massively based on your interests, you can ask to work in any area you want.

    • Massive responsibility if you wish. Can be responsible for tasks for entire structures and have a massive impact on the nuclear facility.

    • Line managers and higher ups always there for you for help and supervision. Everyone takes care of you and you feel you are valued.

    • Extremely friendly. Everyone there is nice and wants to include you. Work feels very meaningful.

    • Sellafield process is slow, but YOU WILL have an impact. If you want experience, ask and you shall receive. The company is so vast, you can work in any area that interests you. Engage and you will be rewarded.
