Overview
We had a variety of talks, workshops, desk shadowing and social activities to learn more about the different divisions of the bank.
Skills
I enhanced my communication and networking skills through talking to my peers and business professionals. I learnt valuable interview tips and models to answer competency questions. I was introduced to banking and what each division does.
Business Insight
It was incredibly interesting as I did not consider banking before. I was surprised by the wide range of roles available and the different skillsets required.
Culture
Everyone was very welcoming and genuinely interested to talk to you. I could tell they enjoyed working at the bank due to the culture. Wellbeing, diversity and sustainability were clearly very important values to Deutsche Bank
Your Impressions
I very much enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to break into banking and even those who are not sure. I learnt a lot and met many wonderful people!
