Overview
Day 1 involved a welcome session, learning the skills for teaching in a classroom, and other activities regarding personal development. Day two featured a mini teaching session led by us, diversifying the curriculum workshop and more personal development

Teaching classroom skills Personal skills such as recognising strengths/weaknesses
Business Insight
It was very useful to learn about what the role as a teacher in their programme will involve. It would be useful to learn a bit more about the other roles within the charity for example recruitment, projects etc
Culture
Great atmosphere, incredibly friendly, good way to get to know likeminded people with similar passion for equality, chatty not hierarchical structure, welcoming of the many questions I had
