    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • -Sourcing, screening & presenting diverse talent pools from the EMEA talent market -Liaising with hiring managers and key stakeholders regarding candidates -Organising and assisting in events for current Adobe interns, graduates and potential leads. This include DE&I initiatives, insight days, socials with partnering companies (e.g IBM) and CSR activities -Head of Talent Communications and Event Scheduling -Creating and distributing a ‘Competitor Insights’ Newsletter-a monthly newsletter covering the EMEA market and the latest updates regarding Adobe's competitors

  • Very supportive. Everyone is willing to talk to you and invest time in your development. There are lots of socials and they have a very inclusive culture.
