Overview
Attended sessions across 2 days talking about Teach First's mission and how to build up career competency. We learned core skills including debate, presentation, leadership, resilience during lecture-based sessions and practiced what we have learned during practical sessions. We also had a taste in teaching by having "Teaching Episode", where we designed and taught our own lessons to pupils, so that we can have a taste of Teach First Training programme. It was a fulfilling experience.

Very insightful. They invited a person who previously had done the training programme before to share insights.
