Overview
The first day was mostly talks and networking, with a social at the end of the day. We were each allocated to a department based on our preferences on the second day.
Skills
Research skills, organisational skills and communication skills, as well as a general insight into the the daily work of a trainee.
Business Insight
There were lots of talks and panel presentations. We were all allocated a trainee supervisor who can answer all of our queries.
Culture
The people are genuinely nice and friendly. The communication prior to the scheme was clear and welcoming as well.
